At ReachGlobalAds, we truly value long-term partnerships built on absolute transparency, mutual growth, and strict legal compliance.
This document outlines not only how we protect your data as a digital marketing, branding, and affiliate network, but also the ethical,
financial, and legal standards we require from all our partners.
Part 1: Partner Compliance & Operational Ethics
We believe in doing business the right way. Before engaging in any affiliate, branding, or digital marketing campaigns, all partners must
adhere to the following operational standards:
- Mandatory Insertion Orders (IO): We operate strictly by the book. No traffic, branding, or campaign work will commence without a properly executed and legally binding Insertion Order (IO) signed by both parties.
- Payment Terms & Tax Compliance: We operate on standard, fixed Net payment terms. All payouts are subject to our standard holding time periods to allow for thorough traffic quality assurance and fraud checks. Furthermore, to ensure full legal compliance, no payments will be processed until a valid W-8 (for international partners) or W-9 (for US-based partners) form is completed, signed, and on file.
- Zero Tolerance for Fraud: We do not support, tolerate, or turn a blind eye to fraudulent activity. Any affiliate or advertiser found using bot traffic, click fraud, deceptive marketing tactics, or unauthorized incentives will be immediately terminated from our network and forfeit any pending payouts.
- Strict Legal Compliance: ReachGlobalAds operates above board. We require all partners to comply with international advertising laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and FTC guidelines.
- Full Transparency: We are committed to full transparency in our reporting, tracking, and billing. We expect the same level of honesty from our partners to ensure a long-term, profitable relationship.
